Round Hill Music Royalty Partners has raised $193.1 million to date for its Round Hill Music Royalty Fund II, according to a SEC filing. The New York-headquartered firm has set an undisclosed target and began fundraising in 2015. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.
Its previous fund raised $201.6 million in 2014.
The fund will target royalty financing opportunities in a diverse number of sectors in North America.
