SEB launches fund of funds

SEB Invest today announced that they are launching SEB Private Equity – a private equity FoF based in Luxembourg. The minimum investment is E100,000 for institutional investors and E30,000 for private banking customers. Portfolio managers are Stefan Mårelid and Niklas Sjöberg.

The launch follows SEB’s move into other alternative asset classes – the financial group launched an equity hedge fund last year and recently launched a fixed income hedge fund. The new private equity fund will be invested globally across both venture capital and buy-out funds.
