Silversmith Capital Partners raises $670m

The Boston-headquartered firm announced final closing after 3 months in market.

Silversmith Capital Partners held the first and final close at $670 million for its Silversmith Capital Partners II, surpassing its original $650 million target. The fund began fundraising in November last year.

The fund’s predecessor held a final close at $460 million in August 2015.

The firm will use the capital to make investments in growing healthcare and TMT sector in North America.
