Victory Park Capital has launched its VPC Investor Fund C. The fund is targeting $75 million, according to a US Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Park Hill Group acted as the placement agent for the fund.

A spokeswoman for Victory Park declined to comment.

VPC Investor Fund A was launched in August 2014 with a $200 million target, and VPC Investor Fund B was launched in the following October with $300 million in target.

Victory Park manages $2 billion in assets and is a specialist in credit and private equity investments, according to PEI’s Research & Analytics division. It focuses on middle market companies across sectors.

Its first private equity fund, VPC Fund II, closed on $480 million in November 2011, beating its $400 million target.

Last June the firm launched VPC Special Opportunities Fund III Onshore and VPC Special Opportunities Fund III Offshore with a combined target of $650 million that will work conjointly, according to PEI Research.
