In June, Vision lost managing partner Matthew Constantino, who left the firm after two years as the head of its New York office.

Vision has made four direct secondary investments in 2012, according to its website, three of which came through the firm’s investment investment Willis Stein & Partners Fund III. Vision is investing Vision Capital Partners VII, which closed in 2009 on €680 million, almost twice the size of its 2006 predecessor.
