ATRS approves $30m commitment

Arkansas Teacher Retirement System has committed $30 million to Boston Ventures Investment Partners Fund X, according to the pension’s February report. The buyout fund will be investing in the business services and TMT sectors.

The $18.32 billion US public pension has a 12.0 percent target allocation to private equity that currently stands at 12.30 percent.

As illustrated below, ATRS has made 12 commitments to private equity funds with a 2019 or 2020 vintage, which combined constitute $350 million.
