INPRS confirms $185m in commitments

The US public pension has backed two private equity funds in its latest round of commitments.

Indiana Public Retirement System has confirmed $185 million-worth of commitments to a pair of private equity funds, a contact at the pension informed Private Equity International.

The commitments comprised $125 million to Hellman & Friedman Capital Partners X and $60 million to Veritas Capital Vantage Fund.

INPRS has a 10 percent target allocation to private equity that currently stands at 11 percent.
