UMich approves $126.4m in commitments

The Endowment has backed three North America focused funds, one Western Europe focused fund and one fund focused in both North America and Western Europe.

University of Michigan announced commitments of $25 million to Berkshire IX Co-investment, $50 million to Kayne Anderson Energy Fund VIII, $33.9 million to Summa Co-Investment, $2.49 million to Sequoia Capital U.S. Scout Fund lll and $15 million to AH Bio Fund II.

The $11.8 billion US Endowment has a 28.6 percent current allocation to private equity.
